HCSC Function Policies

For all functions, members are required to sign up for themselves, as well as their guests, no later than the RSVP deadline indicated on the event page. Anyone eligible for membership, per HCSC Constitution Article IV Section A, may only attend one function during the club year as a guest.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If a member (or a member’s guest) needs to cancel a reservation for any reason, the member must cancel more than 48 hours before the event date in order to be issued a refund.  Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the event will be non-refundable.  In the event of a no-show or a cancellation less than 48 hours before the event, the member must pay the function fee (as well as the fee for a guest under the member’s name who will not attend).  All unpaid function fees must be paid before a reservation will be approved for a future function.
